I love a good find. I REALLY love a good
find when it feels especially meant for me. There is a wonderful second-hand market in my neighborhood. Weeks ago I saw this early 1900s chair while showing a friend around town. We were on a tight schedule so sadly no time to stop. Imagine my surprise when I saw it again. How was it no one had bought it...
Kismit!
While on vacation last week, I spent a couple days rehabbing it just a bit. I went for presentably rustic but not perfect... a mild re-staining (more ebony less walnut) and fixing up the leather. I'm pretty excited about the results. IMPERFECTION. Stay Posh!

After--perfectly imperfect |
Beautiful! Such a gorgeous home. :)
