Posh Style! Florescent Fashion

Florescent  is so hot right now.  Usually, I don't repeat trends twice.  However, this time around feels fresh and most importantly it is sans side ponytails and off-the-shoulder sweatshirts that say "Totally Awesome."  I love the idea of using florescent as a neutral--take note from these ladies.  Stay Posh!
